Vac-SIN-ations - What is a Person to Do?

The Flu Season is upon us, the news is filled with recommendations to get your flu shots, the fear in people is escalating, and our disease-care system is changing to a side-effect-care system. What''s a person to do?

We say: Arm yourself with knowledge. There are many wonderful resources and individuals helping to educate us about the dangers of vacSINations (it really is a sin and unconstitutional if they try to force-vaccinate people).

First, it was in the news that manufacturers have been genetically altering our food (using GMO''s), which now has the appropriate title of "Frankenfoods." This agricultural engineering is radical and unpredictable, not adequately tested for safety or damage to our health, has no labeling requirements, and there is mounting scientific evidence that these crops present serious hazards for our health and our environment.

Just as the GMO Foods have not been tested for human safety, the cause-and-effect of vaccinations has not been adequately researched.

With the lack of vaccine testing being done (with the H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccination for instance) it would appear that they will now be creating GMO people. A good question to ask is, "What will these foreign and toxic materials that are being pumped through our veins do to us over time?"

The coctail of MSG, antifreeze, formaldehyde, aluminum, glycerin, lead, cadmium, sulfates, yeast proteins, antibiotics, acetone, neomycin, streptomycin, mercury, monkey kidney, dog kidney, chick embryo, chicken egg, duck egg, calf serum, aborted fetal tissue, pig blood, horse blood, sheep blood, rabbit brain, guinea pig, cow heart, animal viruses, etc that is in most vaccines leaves one to question, "Do I really want these substances flowing through my body or my children''s bodies?"

Our immune health is threatened and bombarded by over five hundred environmental toxins every day. Adding a vaccine coctail will cause a toxic overload to the immune system, compromising our health.

The following video is of a man from Canada that shows you some of the ingredients in vaccines. It is a comical video that must be seen all the way through.

Following is a list of good healthy practices that may lessen your chances of contracting viruses, colds and flus. By keeping your immune system strong it is less likely that you will fall ill.

  1. Wash your hands frequently – use disposable drying methods
  2. Keep your hands “off your face” and away from your mouth
  3. Gargle twice a day with warm salt water. H1N1 takes 2-3 days after initial
infection in the throat/nasal cavity to proliferate and show characteristic symptoms. Simple gargling prevents proliferation. In a way, gargling with salt water has the same effect on a healthy individual that Tamiflu has on an infected one (without the negative side effects). This is an inexpensive, safe, and powerful preventative measure
  4. Clean your nostrils at least once every day with warm salt water. Just blowing the nose hard once a day and swabbing both nostrils with cotton buds dipped in warm salt water is very effective in bringing down viral population
  5. Boost your body’s natural immunity by consuming more fresh fruits and vegetables – mostly living foods - especially rich in vitamin C (carrot juice). All Citrus are good choices. Adding Zinc supplements or natural zinc (pumpkin seeds) would be a good choice.
  6. Drink 3-4 8-oz glasses of fresh vegetable juices (preferable Organic) a day. This is the quickest way to boost your immune system. Your cells are reproducing at 300 million cells a minute and juicing will give the body the ability to absorb 90% of the nutrients of that juice. Eating usually absorbs only 30% of the nutrients.
  7. Drink ALKALINE water (9.5 or higher). Distilled or Reverse Osmosis is the best water but needs supplementation. Flush your systems – drink 8-10 glasses of pure water a day. Warm herbal teas are also helpful (but not to be counted as part of your water) Water washes us internally and washes viruses from the throat and into the stomach where they cannot survive or do us any harm.
  8. Exercise regularly – Rebounding stimulates the immune system and helps the lymph system to detoxify
  9. Sleep 7 to 8 hours a night and manage stress levels
  10. Eat less or NO sugar – Sugar compromises the immune system.
